  • The green segment represents the number of days where usage was 100% of goal.
  • The yellow segment represents the number of days where usage was between 50–99.9% of goal.
  • The red segment represents the number of days where usage was at less than 50% of goal.

(for district administrators only)

The school engagement overview is on the right side of a district administrator’s main dashboard page. It shows the total number of schools in your district and how many are meeting your district’s engagement goals.

Schools using the curriculum at 75 percent or above of the expected usage goal are colored green. Schools using the curriculum 50-75 percent are yellow, and schools using the curriculum less than 50 percent are red.

To see data from one of these categories, click its colored number. This will filter the results in the school engagement dashlet to the left so that you can see all the schools at this engagement level. To return to the full list, click the number again or click the Total Schools number.

School Engagement

(for district administrators only)
The school engagement dashlet is located at the left-center of a district administrator’s main dashboard page. The horizontal graphs show fidelity performance for all goal days:

  • The green segment represents the number of days where usage was 100% of goal.
  • The yellow segment represents the number of days where usage was between 50–99.9% of goal.
  • The red segment represents the number of days where usage was at less than 50% of goal.

All results are based on the usage goals set by the district. For example, if the district sets the goal at 4 days/week, two weeks would contain 8 goal days.

Note: When there is less than 5% of average usage on a day at the district level, it is assumed this was not an instructional day. It does not count against you, and the total goal days for the reporting period is reduced by one.

Click on any school in the dashboard to filter down to that school’s class engagement dashlet.
