Exporting reports

Export reports as .pdf files in order to share them electronically.

  1. Follow the instructions above to generate a report.
  2. In the top right, hover over Export.
  3. Select the format you want. The report will download automatically.
    As of the April 2, 2016 release, if you want usage time to download as a numerical value, click Download CVS link below the gray header. You can still export into any CSV format using the Export menu, but the usage times will download as images which cannot be sorted or compiled for analysis.

Generating Reports

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select a District, School or Class.
    At the class level, you can check the box next to the student names (or the box in the header to select all students) for more report options.
  3. Select the type of report you want to generate.
    Objective Details reports can only be generated for individual students.

    At the district level or higher, you can only generate Progress Reports.
  4. Select the report options you want. If you want to generate individual reports, you must select at least one student before generating the report.
  5. Click Generate.
  • The reports only display data from the specified date range.
  • Use the links in the reports to drill down to smaller units.
