Individual progress reports show the student’s progress in the sequence, his or her current lesson, time spent in the program, and average progress. Data is marked in red if progress is lower than the class average or if performance is below mastery. For more information on where a student is struggling, generate an Area of Difficulty report.

Progress bars are color-coded based on when the progress occurred:

  • Yellow: Skipped because the student demonstrated mastery during placement test
  • Blue: Encountered before the date range
  • Purple: Encountered during the date range
  • Orange: No curriculum is available or the end of a curriculum strand has been reached
For example, in Waterford Reading, the Phonological Awareness branch only contains lessons until early level 2. Once the student has completed the final lesson in the Phonological Awareness branch, the rest of the progress bar will be orange.

Progress Reports

You can generate progress reports at the district, school, class, and individual level. Progress reports let you view and compare usage, progress, and scores. Reports update in real time and are available for any time period within the school year–for the entire year or just one day.
