Requesting Personally Identifiable Information from Waterford

Waterford.org is required to provide a copy of your student’s personally identifiable information upon request. To make a request, please email welsupport@waterford.org. The request should include:

  • Your full name
  • Your student's full name
  • Your relationship to the student (proof of relationship is required)
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The student’s school (for school-based programs)
  • The student’s school district (for school-based programs)
  • A brief description of why you are requesting this information

What happens next?

  • If the student is enrolled in a school-based program, Waterford will verify your information with the student’s school district.
  • If the student is not enrolled in a school-based program, you will be sent a digital copy of the records once Waterford has verified the information.

What happens if my contact information does not match the district?

Waterford will send a written response indicating why the request could not be fulfilled.

How do I update my students' personally identifiable information?

Send the full information needed to welsupport@waterford.org. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your student's full name
  • Your relationship to the student (proof of relationship is required)
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The student’s school (for school-based programs)
  • The student’s school district (for school-based programs)
  • A description of the desired change(s), for example: (First: John, Last: Student, Gender: M)
