Enhanced Features
Redesigned Waterford Family Mobile App
Affects: Caregivers |
Waterford Early Learning
The Waterford Mentor App has a new name and look! Now called the Waterford Family App, this update brings a refreshed design, updated colors, and new character art to match Waterford’s branding. Families can still view their child’s achievements and receive learning tips and learning messages, now in a more modern and family-friendly design.
Active Hours for Course Assignments
Affects: Educators |
Waterford Early Learning
Administrators and educators can now set active hours to control when children access Waterford learning sessions. This update gives schools and districts the option to restrict use outside of the school day or during other specified time periods. Families will see their child’s student card, but without a start button if it’s outside of the partner-set hours. By default, learning remains available 24/7 unless a school customizes the schedule.

All Waterford Programs
A brand-new set of Print Concepts activities has been added to the Pre-Reading curriculum. These lessons help children understand that sentences are made up of words separated by spaces—a foundational reading skill. The new design uses fun railroad track visuals to make the concept engaging and easy to grasp. Activities have also been modernized with updated art and better interactions for young learners.
