Importing Staff Accounts

Importing accounts allows you to add many staff members at once. This is done by importing staff information from a properly formatted .csv file. You can find a template in Waterford Manager.

To import staff accounts:

  1. Log in to Waterford Manager and click the Staff tab.
  2. Click Import Staff.
  3. Click Download the Template.
Even if you have your staff information in a spreadsheet, you need to make sure the column headings match the template exactly.
  1. Click Show File Preparation Instructions.
  2. Follow the import instructions in Waterford Manager.
