Waterford Reading Academy: Adjusting Student Level, Placement, and Assessments for Administrators
As a district or school administrator, you have the ability to modify a student's current level, assign a new placement, and adjust benchmark assessments.
To adjust student level or placement:
- Log in to your account and visit the Courses and Goals tab.
- Select the student whose current level or placement you would like to adjust.
- Select the Curriculum you want to adjust and click the Goals & Settings down arrow to open the Current Level options.
- Select the desired level for the student from the dropdown menu or select Placement for the student(s) from the dropdown menu.
Although Fluent Reading 2 and 3 are selection options, they will revert to Fluent Reading 1 to ensure no skill gaps occur.
- Select Save.
A child can be enrolled in Early Math, or Early Reading, or both of those programs at the same time with one license. If a child is enrolled in SmartStart they can only be enrolled in that one program.
