Adjusting Student Placement Level
To change a student’s placement level in the event of data loss or a sequencing error:
- Log in to your account and visit the Courses and Goals tab.
- Select the student whose placement you would like to adjust.
- Scroll to Current Level and choose the desired level for the student from the dropdown menu.
- Select Save to confirm their new level.
Students are placed in a level according to their performance on the placement test. For this reason, overriding levels is not recommended. If you assign a student to Placement or move the student to a lower level, report data will be adversely affected.
