Waterford Upstart: Getting Started with Your Waterford-Issued Tablet
Follow these steps to set up your new Waterford-issued tablet.
- Put the tablet in the included case.
- Turn on the tablet using the short Power button on the side of the device.
- Connect to a wireless network.
- Select the lowercase “i” in the bottom left corner of the home screen
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Wi-Fi”
- From there, select your wireless network to connect to and enter your wireless network password
- Return to the home screen by selecting OK at the bottom of the window and return back to the home screen.
- Select the Upstart icon in the upper left corner.
- Sign in to Upstart using the same information you used when you enrolled.
- If you're unsure of your login method, please contact support for assistance. For password help, use the "Forgot Password" option.
- For future learning sessions, access the software using the Upstart icon.
- Select the child’s profile to start a session or the caregiver profile to access your child’s usage and dashboards.
