Students Can Complete Daily Usage Goals over Multiple Sessions
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy
Based on customer feedback, students can now complete daily Waterford usage goals in multiple sessions without the time resetting. For example, if a student is assigned to use the Waterford curriculum for 15 minutes a day, they can work for 5 minutes, pause, and then return to the program later that day to complete the remaining 10 minutes.
New: Playlists Available in Waterford Reading Academy
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy
Educators can now assign pre-built or custom playlists to their students in Waterford Reading Academy through the Resources & Activities tab. These playlists can be assigned on a whole-class, group, or individual student level.

Help Resources Available Inside Waterford Reading Academy, Upstart, and Mentor
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy, Waterford Upstart, Waterford Mentor
Users in Waterford Reading Academy, Waterford Upstart, and Waterford Mentor can now access online help without leaving their account. Selecting the question mark button in the bottom right corner opens a window with help articles related to the screen the user is currently viewing.
Users can also view other help categories by selecting them from the window header. Each help category link will open a new curated list of articles specific to the program, the user’s role, and the category they chose.
Additionally, users can search for articles directly in the help extension and initiate a live chat for further assistance.
