Troubleshooting Downloading Issues with MDM
If the Waterford Reading Academy app is crashing or not loading and you have downloaded the app through a management system (MDM), ensure that the appropriate permissions are allowed for your management system.
If these issues remain unresolved, download the Waterford Reading Academy app directly from your device’s app store instead of from your MDM.
