Changing a Staff Member’s Role

To change a teacher or administrator’s role in Waterford Reading Academy:

  1. Log in to your account and visit the Staff and Students tab.
  2. Select Staff under the View filter.
  3. Click or tap on the arrow next to the name of the staff member whose role needs to be changed. A pop-up window will appear.
  4. Scroll to Role and select the staff member’s desired new roll from the drop-down menu.
At this time, staff members can only be moved to a role higher than their previous one.
  1. Click Save to confirm the new role.
