Waterford Upstart: Profile Settings
Under the Profile Tab, you can change your account’s preferred language, adjust the tab position, and contact us for support.
Changing Your Preferred Language
To change your Preferred Language:
- Log in to your Account and select the Caregiver Profile from the Profile Page.
- Click on the Profile Tab.
- Choose your preferred language from the Language Dropdown Menu.
- Click or tap anywhere on the page to save your language preferences.

Adjusting Tab Position
The navigation tabs are able to be shown across the top of your page or down the left side of your page. To adjust the location of the navigation tabs in Waterford Upstart:
- Log in to your Account and choose the Caregiver Profile.
- Select the Profile Tab.
- Select the up arrow to display the tabs along the top of the screen.
- Select the left arrow to display the tabs along the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select anywhere on the page to save your changes.

Using the ‘Contact Us’ Button
The ‘Contact Us’ button is used to easily request help for a technical problem, document request, or general support.
- Log in to your Account and choose the Caregiver Profile.
- Select the Profile Tab.
- Click ‘Contact Us’.
Fill in the form to meet your specific request.
- Your name, email, and the child’s name should be filled in automatically. If not, please enter the information in the appropriate field.
- Enter your Subject.
- Choose your request type:
- Technical Problem
- Document Request
- General Support
- Provided a Description of your request.
- Click Submit.
- A team member will respond to your request within one business day.
