Waterford Family: App Tabs
The Waterford Family app consists of three tabs: Home, Messages, and Chat. Through these pages, you can view which students are linked to your account as well as read messages from Waterford.org and contact support.
Home
The Home tab is the first page that you see after logging into Waterford Family. Through this tab, you can:
- View all students associated with your account and their usage
- Add new students to your account using student codes
Messages
The Messages tab allows you to read messages from Waterford.org. You can filter these messages by child if you have multiple students on your account.
Messages are sent on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week and will highlight routines, ideas for practicing skills at home, and links to learning resources. Select Read More to view the entire message. The messages are view only; you are not able to respond.
Chat
The Chat tab allows you to submit a short form through the app. Fill in the form and select Submit. There is no immediate response to form. Please call 888.982.9898 for more prompt support.
