Waterford Family: Creating or Signing into a Waterford Family App Account
If you have not downloaded the Waterford Family App, follow the Waterford Family: Downloading the Waterford Family App steps first.
Create a new Family Account
- To create a new account, select Create a new Family Account.
- After selecting Create a new Family Account, select a sign-up method: Sign in with your social account: Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Sign up with a new account: Email and Password.
- Once the Home tab appears, your account has been successfully created. Next, add your child by following the steps here.

Sign in with Waterford
- To sign in to your account, select Sign in with Waterford.
- After selecting Sign in with Waterford, select a login method: Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or Sign in with Email and Password.
- Once you see the Home tab and your child’s name, you’re successfully signed in and ready to explore the app.
If you do not see your child's name, follow the steps here to add them.
