Live Chat Support Available for Waterford Programs

Affects: Waterford Early Learning, Waterford Mentor, and Waterford Reading Academy

We will be rolling out a chat support button for Waterford Mentor, Waterford Manager, and the Waterford Reading Academy Teacher Portal. By selecting this button, users can chat with a Waterford Support member to resolve any questions about the program.

New Co-Browsing Function Available in Waterford Support

Affects: Waterford Early Learning, Waterford Mentor, Waterford Reading Academy

When you contact Waterford Support, the new co-browsing feature allows support personnel to walk you through their instructions from your screen. Waterford Support members, with your permission, will be able to virtually view your screen and demonstrate what you should do in order to assist you while using Waterford programs. Along with live chat support, will be rolling out this new feature over the coming weeks.

New Waterford Reading Academy Tab: Student Information

Affects: Waterford Reading Academy

We released a new Student Information tab in Waterford Reading Academy. From here, teachers can view student information they entered in Waterford Manager, such as name and date of birth.

For the time being, however, teachers will still need to edit student information in Waterford Manager as we continue to transition over to the Teacher Portal.

Waterford Reading Academy Dashboard Tiles Now Sorted By Last Name

Waterford Reading Academy can now sort students alphabetically by last name, which allows teachers to find students more quickly and easily.

Improved iPad Support for Timed Out Sessions

Affects: Waterford Early Learning

In response to user feedback, we will now provide more detailed reasons for why a Waterford Early Learning session ended on your iPad if it times out abruptly. We will also redirect users to an animation that shows them how to restart the session.

New Score Section for Class Progress Reports: Average Score

Affects: Waterford Early Learning, Waterford Reading Academy

We have added an average score section to the Class Progress Report, which shows the average of an individual student's scores within the time period selected.
