District Administrators: Course Visibility Customization
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy
To allow greater focus on specific academic goals, district administrators can now choose which courses are available for educators to assign from the Organizations tab. Only content from selected courses will be available in the Resources & Activities tab; playlists for all courses, however, will continue to be available. Dashboards and reports for unselected courses will be removed.

All Custom Playlists Are Available in Waterford Reading Academy
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy, Waterford Early Learning
Great news for Waterford Early Learning legacy partners! Waterford has migrated all custom playlists and you can now access them in Waterford Reading Academy. Users can access these through the ALL PLAYLIST section in Waterford Reading Academy. They are also available to find through search and filtering under Resource Type.
No need to change your process as the school year comes to a close if you would prefer to keep accessing them in Waterford Early Learning. Custom playlists are and will continue to be on both platforms as you plan next year’s back-to-school process. However, they will be view-only in Waterford Early Learning after July 10.
Enhanced Progress Graph Indicators and Labels
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy
For improved visual clarity, the Progress Graph indicators now have specific symbols and colors. These indicators also include a brief description label to make it easier to distinguish between different student statuses.
Updated Reading Resource for Educators
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy, Waterford Mentor, Waterford Upstart
Educators can now access the Book Readability resource, which offers student book recommendations based on their Lexile reading score in English, within the Resources & Activities tab.
Updated Family-Facing Instructional Strand Videos for Fluency
Affects: Waterford Reading Academy, Waterford Mentor, Waterford Upstart
Families and educators can access a new Reading Fluency instructional strand video in English and Spanish from the Resources & Activities tab.
