Waterford Early Learning: Adjusting Student Level and Placement for Administrators
As a district or school administrator, you have the ability to modify a student's current level and assign a new placement.
Placement adjustments must be made by a school or district administrator. Teachers can reach out to their administrator to request any needed changes.
To adjust student level or placement:
- Log in to your account and visit the Courses and Goals tab.
- Select the student whose current level or placement you would like to adjust.
- Select the Curriculum you want to adjust and click the Goals & Settings down arrow to open the Current Level options.
- Select the desired level for the student from the dropdown menu or select Placement for the student(s) from the dropdown menu.
- Select Save.
A child can be enrolled in Early Math, or Early Reading, or both of those programs at the same time with one license. If a child is enrolled in SmartStart they can only be enrolled in that one program.
