Introduction to Weekly and Year-to-Date Usage

The Weekly and Year-to-Date Usage shows how your child engages with Waterford Upstart, including total time spent, days logged in, and minutes used each day. Consistent use—just 15 minutes a day, five days a week—can help your child achieve school readiness. Waterford Upstart adapts to your child's needs, making short, daily sessions key for success. Monitoring weekly usage helps you ensure your child stays on track and continues to progress.

Weekly Usage

The Weekly Usage dashboard provides an overview of your child's activity on Waterford Upstart during the selected week. It includes the following key details:

• Total time spent on Waterford Upstart reflects overall engagement.
• Number of days logged in displays how consistently your child accessed the program.
• Average minutes used per day indicates daily participation and time spent on educational activities.

This data helps you monitor your child's progress and engagement with the program over the course of the week. By default, the Weekly Usage shows data for the current week. To view past weeks, simply use the back and forward arrows next to the date. For a specific week, click the green calendar button to select your desired time period.

Usage Year-to-Date

The Usage Year-to-Date provides a comprehensive view of your child's usage on Waterford Upstart, including:

• Minutes spent each week on Waterford Upstart highlights overall time spent learning.
• Number of days logged in each week displays how often your child engages with the program.

It shows week-over-week data on usage minutes and the total days since the program began. The dropdown menu lets you choose to display both minutes and days together or separately. Tracking this information over time allows you to monitor your child's consistency and progress. Consistent use fosters ongoing learning and supports long-term success. By reviewing this data, you can stay informed and make adjustments to help keep your child on track for school readiness.
